Date: 24/3/2014

Norwich City, South Norfolk and Broadlands District Councils are considering proposals to combine a proportion of CIL income to enable quicker delivery of the infrasatructure needed to serve developments.

Graham Jones, the Society's CIL & Infrastructure Planning Topic Forum Convenor, told Planning magazine "if contiguous local authorities have strategic infrastructure requirements that would be difficult or impossible to provide individually then this approach is a very commendable way forward."
