Extending mandatory licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and related reforms

Amongst the responses made include:

POS would agree with widening the scope of the HMO definition to include two storey properties, flats and single storey properties such as poorly converted garages. This would provide greater opportunities for local authorities to ensure appropriate living conditions for those in HMOs.
