Statutory Consultee Common Service Commitment

To improve developrs' overall experience of working with statutory consultees, DCLG has agreed a common service commitment which sets out a consistent customer service orientated approach for each agency at all stages of the planning application process. This commitment also covers how the agencies monitor and improve performane in light of feedback, and provides clearer information about who to contact in the agency and how to escalate concerns.
