2. Minutes of the MW Forum held on 9 March 2011 The Minutes of the meeting held on 9 March were agreed.
3. Matters Arising
Item 5 (a) PW reported that he had attended the MIRO Stakeholders meeting on 25 March 2011 at DEFRA. A number of reports produced for MIRO as part of the ASRP were discussed including distributing minerals to future markets and sub regional apportionment methodologies. Details of the publication of the reports were awaited.

The private Members Bill on designating buffer zones around residential properties had started its parliamentary process but had been deferred until October 2011.
4. PAG Reports
The draft note of the liaison meeting between COALPRO, The Coal Authority and the PAG held on 8 June was noted.
