Liaison with Local Government Association

Cabinet noted that Clarissa Corbisiero had been unable to attend the meeting because of pressures of work and that Russell Reefer had now been moved away from planning work to concentrate on Growth Issues for LGA.

Cabinet noted the request from Eleanor Gasse for nominees to attend a series of LGA roundtable discussions being run in late Feb/early March.

Cabinet noted that Stephen Hill was happy to attend the two events planned for 20 Feb and 4 March.  NL undertook to provide an attendee for the event on 28 Feb and it was AGREED that JS should ask for a volunteer to attend the 18 March event in Manchester, via the website and the next edition of the bulletin.
